Hi Andrew, Can you point me to the supporting document that discusses eligibility for a quarter based on the preceding quarter's gross receipts? I was talking to an "expert" at my payroll company about it and they had not heard of this. I'd like to point her in the right direction. Thank you.
No changes. The infrastructure bill will eliminate Q4 ERC when it passes. Outside chance the reconciliation bill gets an amendment to reinstate it, but very unlikely. Assume no ERC in Q4.
Thanks Andrew. Any clarity/updates you can share on S Corp, W2 employees who are owners - where they fall? Following the breadcrumbs, it previously sounded like if you have any family, these people would not qualify but if you had no family, you did. Any clarity/change on this?

Any updates on ERC now that we are in October?

Owners and related parties are not eligible for ERC. S Corps generally fall into the same exclusion.
